We do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you can not attend an event that you have booked then please contact us and we will be happy to offer you an alternative date. You must notify us at least 24 hours before an event to cancel and change dates.

Should we need to cancel or change event details we shall give you at least 24 hours notice and a choice of alternatives.

If we can not offer you a reasonable alternative within 90 days of the cancelled event then we shall offer you a full refund or other products or services to the same value.
